Green Financial (GFR) is currently looking to add two members to our team!  Both positions would require fingerprinting with an FBI background check, credit check, and verifiable references.

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to add to our growing staff.  Experience in the financial industry is preferred, but related service experience will be considered.  The position is full-time with benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the overall service delivery to a block of clients - in office and via telephone
  • Serve as the first line of service for client requests, as a liaison between the client and the advisers
  • This is NOT a sales/advisor position

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and comprehend aspects of the financial industry (required)
  • 3+ years experience in the financial  or insurance industry and/or a customer-focused office position
  • A strong customer focus, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Superior time management and follow-up skills; work well independently and on a small team of 15 colleagues
  • A college degree is a plus but not required..
  • Professional presentation and appropriate interpersonal and communication skills for direct client contact.

We are also looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist In this position, you would be working as part of an administrative team to support the entire GFR staff by greeting clients, answering phones, setting appointments, filing, and completing a multitude of other administrative and computer based tasks.  We are looking for the right mix of positive attitude, initiative, a desire to serve others, and a professional presentation to provide a positive first impression of GFR - with some customer service and/or office based experience.
