GFR is seeking an exceptional, high-energy candidate with a great will-do attitude and professional presentation for a full-time Client Service Manager position. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative support to our three financial advisors, and the management of service delivery to our client base.

This is not a work from home position. This is an in-office position with some limited in-person contact with clients, but most contact via telephone and email. Applicant must be willing to undergo the fingerprint background check as well as a credit check with the clean results required to work within the financial industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the overall service delivery to a block of clients. Handling paperwork and online processes to open and service accounts, as well as to facilitate transactions to meet client needs.
  • Serve as the first line of service for client requests, as a liaison between the client and the investment advisors
  • This is NOT a sales position.

Qualifications

  • Looking an energetic, dependable person with a great attitude, and a desire to help others.
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend terminology and other aspects of the financial industry.
  • Experience in the financial or insurance industry and/or a customer-focused management, office, or service position
  • Attention to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities are critical for for success in this job.
  • Superior time management and follow-up skills; initiative, work well independently and with a small team of 15 colleagues
  • Demonstrated job stability is a plus.
  • A college degree is a plus (but not required).

Starting salary is negotiable dependent upon the skills and experience the candidate brings to the table, but would generally start within the range specified on this posting. This position does have upward growth potential depending on actual performance and contributions. We love to help good, motivated employees with great attitudes progress.
