GFR is currently looking for a bright, high-energy candidate with a great will-do attitude and professional presentation, for a full-time administrative-assistant position providing support to our clients and all within our small business. You'd be working in a professional in-office environment (no work from home), with regular Monday-Friday work hours with paid vacation and benefits. 

This position involves a wide variety of administrative duties, to include answering phones, setting appointments, greeting a small volume of in-office clients, filing, and many other duties to support our entire office.  Our administrative staff pairs up with our Client Service Managers to assist them as the front line service to our client base.  A strong focus on providing above-and-beyond service is required, as is the ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and to work well as part of a team.  Strong computer skills, superior verbal/written skills, and a willingness to do what is needed will help someone be most successful in this role. Direct experience in the financial and insurance fields is a plus, but not required.  If you want to learn and grow as part of our dynamic team, this might be the right position for you.
