Client Service Manager - Green Financial is seeking exceptional high-energy candidates with strong customer focus and work ethic, professional presentation, and multi-tasking capabilities for a full-time Client Service Manager position. The Client Service Manager serves as a first line of service for client requests, as a liaison between the client and the investment advisors, and is responsible for managing the overall service delivery to a block of clients. 

The position involves direct client contact in person and via telephone. The ability to learn and comprehend aspects of the financial industry would be a required part of this position. Superior time management and attention to detail are necessary; along with the ability to work well independently, but also as part of a larger team within a small office environment.

An ideal candidate would have direct experience within the financial or insurance field, or someone with 3-5 recent years in a customer focused position with a desire to learn and grow. A college degree is a plus, but not required.

This is not a financial advisor position, nor a position designed to progress to financial advisor.  However, long-term career growth within our office is definitely possible in other roles and duties for motivated individuals with the right skill-set.

Significant pay progression is possible based upon demonstrated performance. This is a full-time salaried position that includes group medical/dental and other benefits, paid vacation on a tiered schedule, and a 401k plan with currently a 6% match - all within a very customer and employee focused organization. Starting salary is negotiable, dependent upon the skills and experience of the candidate.

Employment would require fingerprinting with an FBI background check, credit check, and verifiable references.
