Administrative Assistant - Green Financial is seeking exceptional high-energy candidates with superior customer focus and work ethic, professional presentation, and multi-tasking capabilities for a full-time Administrative Assistant position.

The Administrative Assistant serves as the face of GFR, providing the first impression to our clients, and this position also works to support all staff within the office in a variety of tasks.  Reception, scheduling of appointments, filing, written communications, and various administrative projects are some of the variety of duties that fall to our administrative team.  The position involves occasional direct client contact in person in our office (less frequent currently due to COVID), but most contact is via telephone and email and skills in those areas are imperative. 

Superior time management and attention to detail, along with the ability to work well independently, but also as part of a larger team within a small office environment will lead to success in this role.  A college degree and/or directly related office experience would be a plus, but not required. 

Ongoing pay progression is possible based upon demonstrated performance. This is a full-time salaried position that includes group medical/dental and other benefits, paid vacation on a tiered schedule, and a 401k plan with currently a 6% match - all within a very customer and employee focused organization. Starting salary is negotiable, dependent upon the skills and experience of the candidate.

Employment would require fingerprinting with an FBI background check, credit check, and verifiable references.
